Return closed – tracking number was not added
Hello,
I’m following up on this request as it has been 5 days without a response.
The item was returned on time via USPS.
Tracking number: 9300110990413093718590
I would appreciate your help in reviewing and reopening the return.

Mentor8 months agoDid you file a returns request through ebay, the seller accepted, and provided the return shipping label? If you returned the item within the time given, and tracking shows Delivered, the seller has 2 days to refund you. You stated the return was closed. Why? If the seller did not refund you within 2 days, you should have gone back to the case and clicked Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. If you did not do that, then ebay automatically closes the case after X number of days.

OP8 months agoYes, I did open a return request through eBay and the seller accepted it and provided the return label.
I returned the item within the allowed time, and USPS tracking shows Delivered: Tracking number: 9300110990413093718590
The return was closed because the tracking number was not added in time, and I did not realize I needed to click “Ask eBay to step in.â€
Is there any way for eBay to reopen the case or review the tracking and issue the refund?
