Return claim
I sell a paddle board inflatable I always check my items before selling them
I have a buyer who ask for return claiming the paddle is damage with a big cut, I put my pictures with the inflatables on and you can't see any damage, after 2 weeks and a half now he is claiming a damage item went she picked up in person and inspect the item
Do I need to accept the claim or denial it
