Return charge
I want to know why I get charged a 20 dollar fee for returning an item that did not match the ad description? I’m very upset about this!

Buyers should use the Returns Request if the item is not as described. The seller will then have 3 days to accept the return, or issue a full refund without requiring return of the item. If the buyer goes straight to his credit card issuer to file a chargeback, and the seller cannot show that s/he sent to the buyer's address, then ebay credits the buyer and charges the seller a $20 fee.
