Return challenges - nothing like Amazon!
I have spent countless hours attempting to return an electronic item that doesn’t work that I purchased on EBay. The application never allows me to continue. I put in an explanation and it wants a file…a file of what? There is no file. I put a picture of the item not worki but it still won’t blue up the gray continue button.

You should include a picture and at least two sentences of text describing the issue, but using no special characters.
If that is not working, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

OP4 months agoI have done both of those steps….any other suggestions. The whole customer service thing doesn’t seem to work either. Guess I am out $139. Fool me once…

Mentor4 months agoIf you are unable to submit the form, try requesting a call back from eBay via the Help & Contact page to see if customer service can start the case for you.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
