Return Case opened and immediately put on hold
Ebay opened up a return case for me, immediately put it on hold, and hasn't acted on it since.

Mentor1 year ago@a.d.wel_9 A buyer usually opens their own return case. It must be opened within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Then you return to the request and ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not refunded you or provided a return shipping label.
How long has the return been open? How long did you have the item before the return request was opened? You won't be able to ask eBay to step in and help if the return request was opened after you had the item more than 30 days.
