Return case closed
I bought an item based on the description of it. After waiting three weeks for the seller to ship and another week of shipping company not delivering it when they were supposed to, I received a partial item missing several important parts that where included in the description. eBay closed my claim saying that the package was delivered, even though it was not what I bought. Seller claimed everything was packaged and sent. The package arrived with a weight of 73 pounds. After unpacking the box I repacked the box and it was the same 73pounds with the missing pieces, so the seller never shipped the complete order.
