return case
I accidentally closed a case on an item that hasn’t came in because the option to contact eBay was not there so i tried opening a request again to see the option and i did not know cases can only be opened once so im stuck without a refund and the seller hasnt messaged and basically ignored me

Mentor1 month agoOnce you file a case, the seller has 3 days to respond. If the seller does not respond, on day 4, you can go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. Once you close the case, it cannot be reopened. You can contact your credit card issuer within 180 days of the transaction regarding a chargeback.
