Return by a buyer after 1 month
My listings state that I don't accept returns. I have 1,500 transactions with 100% positive feedback. Sold a buyer a pair of brand new headphones exactly 1 month ago. After a month the buyer puts in a return request stating that the headphones are defective. Why do I have to take these back after a month when the buyer could have misused them?
