Return but no refund
Return item to seller since 11/18/2025 seller didn’t pay refund tried to contact seller but no response
I will lose money for free even return item already , what’s wrong with money back garantee , I do need eBay contact to me about this issue

Mentor9 months ago@rapidech This far after the return you are most likely going to have to contact your funding source for a charge back. There are time limits on refund request cases. You also filed a remorse return case ( doesn't fit) . This means that the seller is not required to accept the return. You should have filed doesn't match pictures or description if the seller didn't send the item in the photo.
You should have used the return shipping label in the case OR if you used your own label you MUST enter the tracking number into the case or the system won't know that you returned the item.
