I bought a set of injectors that ended up being a scam; the seller will not return my messages. How do I get reimbursed for these scam injectors?

It will depend on when the injectors were delivered. eBay provides a money back guaranty for 30 days from receipt. After this time they can no longer help and you would need to go to your payment source for a charge back.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the item is returned they have three days to refund you. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
