Return because of smell
Received a relatively expensive Pokemon card. The card itself smelled very strongly of marijuana. Very potent. Can I return for this reason?

Mentor3 years agoGo to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

If eBay blues said that are we supposed to tell the OP to file a not as described case anyway? Because you know what will happen is the seller will be forced to refund despite eBay saying odors aren't covered unless you ordered perfume and it didn't smell like the perfume is supposed to smell.
