Return automatically closed

Question

I wanted to return an item and I opened a return ticket however I didn't send it back early because of the snow storm, and availability reasons. Now the the return windows have closed automatically. Is there something I can do?

I have chatted the support but it's only a boy that is attending to me

Once a Seller accepts a return, Buyers have up to 15 business days to return the item. After that, eBay will automatically closes the return in the Seller's favor. I'm not aware of any exceptions to that process.
