Return authorizations
I don't understand how eBay is approving a free return I can't even write Chinese and part of the address is in Chinese number one number two they didn't send me a return label you authorized for them to just give me an address to send it to do you know the ship something that is going to weigh less than 3 oz in a thin postal paper container or envelope will cost me five times with the purchase of this product is I'm speaking about a pair of underwear that's obviously double x for someone from China but not for someone in America. What I request is that you contact the seller because you as eBay authorize them to just give me an address and inform them that as a corporation they need to provide me with the return label so if it's free returns I shouldn't be given the address I should be given a return label shoot We Do It in America they're going to do business in America and they say free returns I should get label to return it free.

OP3 years agoThank you but I just reported the seller. Because I was trying to be nice eBay community you're trying to be nice and sociable and help each other so I didn't want to put false advertising I put doesn't fit but I included a picture in my return to the seller of the underwear that I purchased on January 2nd and you can clearly see they're like little children's underwear the whole XXL sat on the top of my thigh in the picture but instead of authorizing a return label because the advertisement was free shipping free return eBay authorized because I put didn't fit and show the picture they authorized for me to pay and ship it back there wasn't even a label and the return address included Chinese writing?? You should shipped it to America you could have put it in English but even trying to return the item myself and pay for that free return because I put didn't fit eBay cuz I have to pay to ship it back to ship something from Nevada to China I was quoted $289 and some change for 3 and 1/2 oz envelope and most of the weight was the envelope. So I spoke to eBay and they explained don't be nice just tear into the cellar and report them. I thought that could be a more civilized way to resolve this maybe if eBay had looked at the picture they could have sent me an email and say you should have made it you should make a different selection for the reason you're returning it because we're not going to make them pay for the free return we're going to make you pay for it so now I'm forced to deface this seller by reporting them and then going on PayPal and Reporting them, and that just sucks when you guys could just correct the return on the computer or delete it and let me put the correct thing that you guys want me to put in that the item isn't as it was shown and that would force the seller to give me my free return but then I got to write something negative and I'm normally not that type of person I followed Jehovah God's laws in the Bible but you guys are forcing me to do something mean and nasty I mean it could have been an honest mistake I couldn't understand the writing on the package maybe they shipped the wrong item I didn't know until I took them out the package and tried to put them on they really barely went past my knee on the lower part of my thigh and when I set them on my thigh the lower part the whole underwear barely covers half of my thigh. Lady Madonna I have nothing else to say I tried to get a eBay to change it but they told me my kindness has left me in this position so I have to report it so I did and then I have to inform PayPal and I will just $23-$28 worth of merchandise is not worth $289 for shipping.
