I ordered a product as a guest. Now I need to return but can't get help because it doesn't show up in my recent purchases. Does anyone know how to help with this

Mentor3 years agoGuest transactions are not linked to your eBay account.
For help with a guest purchase, sign out of your current eBay account, then use the link in the email that eBay sent regarding the purchase, or see here:
