Return as a guest

Question

I am trying to return an item which is too large which I purchased as a guest. I contacted the seller which accepts returns. She told me to contact EBay. I don't know where else to turn for help since there is no phone number and emailing hasn't helped.

You need to sign out of the account you are currently signed into to access your guest order details.
