Return Appeal Denied
I'm in North Carolina and a state of emergency was declared before my return window expired and I missed the deadline. I've had no cell service, power or water for almost a week and my city is in shambles. Really disappointed at the heartlessness of the outcome of this case. I had to travel to be able to file a case and didn't see that it was declined until I already went out of my way to find an open post office and mail the stupid return. There is no option to appeal a decision... what can I do?

Mentor1 year ago@yellowgalactic I would contact CS directly and see if you can appeal the case. They allow sellers extra time for shipping during natural disasters and should do the same for buyers.
Your other option if eBay doesn't help is to contact your bank or credit card with the tracking that shows delivery back to the seller and do a charge back. You can only do this though if the item was somehow not as described. Only contact your credit card AFTER you talk to eBay.
