Return and refund question
I had a guy that bought a remote request to return an item. In my listing it is stated that I don’t take returns.
the guy asked to return because he didn’t need the item and the eBay message even said I didn’t have to accept the return.
I declined and now he is messaging me saying that it doesn’t work.
if feel like this guy has either swapped the remote for his non-functional one or there is nothing wrong and this is his way of getting his money back just because he doesn’t need it
