I purchased a baseball cap (US1330607001) from an ebay “AD†internet advertisement (order No: 17-10252-77004) at a cost of $34.62. I received the Under Armour (UA) cap on Jul 5, 2023 with a label cost of $25. UA has no knowledge of the purchase. Ebay records online indicate no item was purchased during this time frame although all documents (order acceptance, shipping document, confirmation of delivery) were sent on ebay letterhead during the month of July 2023. Assistance requested obtaining return instructions and refund were trivilized and ignored.
