Return and Refund
I bought an item that was not marked clearly now the seller is deducting the return amount from refund. But they did not mark the item clearly. This is so frustrating when you search on goods on specific sizes. It's so frustrating it's not the first time that items are received and are not as described.

Many sellers are now using a return policy saying the return cost will be deducted from the refund. but that is only enforceable if the reason for the return is not covered by the Money Back Guarantee.
What reason did you give when filing the return request? If you selected Did not fit, that is considered a buyer's remorse return in which case you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The seller does not send you a return label you have to take the item to a shipper your self. Then upload a tracking number to the dispute as proof that you have shipped it.
