the item I bought from e-bay (DVDs) does not work, and I want to return it for a refund

Hi @benh7853

If you're still within 30 days of receiving the DVDs ... then follow these directions exactly:

File a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... choosing 'Doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request. Include photos of the item if asked to do so.
If the seller fails to provide either a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request on Day 4 and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
