Return and refund

Question

Hii,I bought a set of sunglasses. When it arrived, I found that there was no box, no receipt, or even a logo. The title was okay. I was sure it was fake, so I needed to return the goods for a refund, but I accidentally clicked to cancel the return. I couldn't submit the return again. Please help me deal with it.

If you closed the return then eBay can't do anything now.

You'll need to go through your payment source
