Please help
I received the item its material totally different from the description, eBay want me take a action to return it back but the seller would'nt provide the retrun shipping label and try to ask me provide the payment account information.

·1 year agoIf the seller is located in another country, they can’t send you a return label, and instead must send you the funds for return shipping.
