Return and refund
I placed an order for Christmas with eBay on Nov 6. Received the item, gave as a gift to my grandson and find that it is too small. When I go to past purchases, it does not show up at all. When I try to enter the order number, it comes up as a no match; however, the charges and order number is on my credit card. Can anyone tell me what to do to get a return and refund?? TIA

It may too late to return the item - most sellers that accept returns have a 30 day return window.
