Return and refund
I have a question, I bought this iPhone 13 on Ebay and the seller was giving me a difficult time to refund my money. We got it figured out but I returned it before I opened a case with Ebay to receive a refund for the item. It’s been 3 days since I opened the case, I haven’t received my money. The case closes on December 1st. I would like to know when I will get my funds back please and thank you.

Mentor2 years agoYou will need to go to the Returns Request and enter the tracking number for the returned package. Once tracking shows DELIVERED, the seller will have 2 days to refund you.
In the future, file the Returns Request, and once approved, then return the item.
