Return an item via ebay but the item was refused or returned back to buyer
I purchased an item and returned due to not as described. I printed the label and return. Now the package is being sent back to me as returned to sender insufficient address. The label was provided by ebay. The seller is unresponsive. How can i get my refund?

Mentor3 years agoContact customer service. They don't like it when sellers provide bad return address info.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat. Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
