Return an item that requests photos but I can't send photos
A guitar arrived with the head stock completely snapped off the neck. The seller agrees to replace the guitar IF I send photos of the damage. I don't have a phone/camera to send photos. I can't file for a refund because photos are required there also. How do I get an address to return the guitar from the seller? I've tried but they keep wanting photos first. HELP!
