Return an item for exchange
I recently sent the wrong item to a buyer. The buyer notified me and wants to exchange to item for the correct one. I told the buyer to initiate a return and send the item back and I will send out the correct item. I received the item back and I am trying to figure out how to do an exchange and send the correct item. Can anyone help me with this? I didn't offer the replacement option when I created the listing. I saw something that said you can exchange an item once a return is requested.

Mentor3 years agoOn most returns, once you get the item back, you REFUND the buyer. Then you relist the item and the buyer repurchases, and you send out the correct item.
