Return an item for a refund
An item was not as shown in picture, so a return request was provided. Return was accepted and refund was provided. Am email was sent to send the item back but no shipping label was provided. Original product listing is showing as return closed. Now, how to return the product to the seller if the seller is not responding? Can it be sent to the address from where it came?

Mentor5 months agoIf you have already received a refund, you are not required to return the item.
If the seller wants the item back, they will need to send you a prepaid return shipping label.
