return an item ebay found in my favor on a case

Question

I received a fake pair of Uggs and had to have Ebay step in. Ebay found in my favor and issued a refund. Status says case closed but there is no info anywhere on how to return the item. Its been a couple of days and still no return shipping info. Why is there no way to chat or call Ebay. Every time I try a hat option, nothing happens. I am so frustrated with this whole process and I just want to sent the fake boots back and be done with this whole mess.

@dragonfly3124 . Since eBay forced a refund you are not required to return item. You can keep them or throw them away. Please do not donate them as they may end up getting bought by a thrift flipper that doesn't know better.
