Return an item bought through eBay Commerce
I bought my wife perfume for her birthday but now she wants to return it. eBay shows no record that I ever purchased it and I have the PayPal printout and the package. How do I get eBay to recognize my purchase?

Is it possible you placed the order using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
