Can I return an item bought on 30dec because I just discovered a major defect
Item still unused and still have the package
I already gave the seller 5 stars feedback because I didn't realize that defect because it's not easy to discover it

Mentor4 months agoebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item, so ebay cannot help you. If you paid with a credit card, notify the card issuer regarding a charge back. Most credit card issuers can help within 180 days of the transaction.
