I contacted the seller within a week after I received the item, they said to send pic's, which I did, they said they would contact the manufacture. they say the same thing each time I contact them, this has been going on since late May, I got a msg. a few days ago saying the same thing. I can't get anywhere with ebay help topic's. Any ideas, anybody??
