I ordered two seats for my John Deere from a provider but they only shipped one. The one I recieved has a pattern unlike any other available seat so I can't get a matching seat. Ebay refunded the cost of the undelievered seat and closed the case even though I requested several times to return the one seat I did receive.

Not what I orded, I bought 2 and only received one

That ^ is not one of the choices when filing a Return Request.

Missing parts - I spoke with an ebay rep and she was supposed to act on this but not a word have I gotten. They record everything supposedly when you do a request. On this she was going to contact the seller but they didn't respond to this to me.
