I ordered a lipstick on eBay.They sent wrong colour. So,I asked to send back for refund.
eBay replied and told me to send it back to them.
BUT, they gave no address to send to.
There wasn't a returns address label in the package received.
I've spent hours talking to automated voices on the phone which never seem to understand my query.
What can I do
