return an item
i purchased item as a guest it is the wrong item. i am trying to return the item i contacted the sell he has sent a reply asking me to reply to his request, but as a guest ebay cant find the request from him when i ask for it. any suggestions

Mentor3 years agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
