Return an item
I purchased two wheels from a seller on ebay. Seller only shipped one wheel. I contacted the seller and explained that I only received one wheel. After about 24 hours of no response I used the "I did not receive it " under more actions in my purchase items list. Shortly after that I got the response from the seller saying that he only had one wheel to sell. I was charged for two wheels so he issued me a refund for the one wheel. Issue is one wheel does me no good so I need to return it. Seller tells me to use the ebay system to return the one wheel I have. When I attempt to do this the system tells me I can't start a return for the item because I have already opened an ebay money back guarantee case for this item. Please help.
