Return an item
I returned an item to the address that was on the box that the item came in and the seller said that was not the correct address. I have no way of contacting the place where the item was delivered and the seller is not Cooperating.

OP2 years agoI did contact the seller to let him know I was returning it. It was when I was checking on my return that he told me that was not the correct address.

It sounds as if you did not go through the Ebay Return Request process to use the return shipping label that would have been provided to you.

Some sellers have a different address for returning items than the address used when they shipped the item. Did you contact the seller before you returned it?
If you would have gone through the proper Ebay Return Request process, you would have been provided with a return shipping label.
