Return an item
I ordered something from a seller and it didn't work. ebay doesn't show that I ordered it so I can't start a return. Seller says he can't help me. How do I facilitate a return. My AmEx has already been charged. Is the best course to dispute the charge? I don't want to have to do this if I can get this resolved with seller/ebay. Please help. Thanks.

If the item doesn’t show in your Purchase History … you may have purchased it as a ‘Guest’. You should have received a confirmation email from eBay at the time of the purchase … and there would be a link in that email to request a return request for a refund.
