Return again after initial return cancelled
I initiated return and then cancelled upon realizing I hit the wrong return location. Went to re-initiate another return and not allowed. Can anyone share the specific steps to rectify this? This is my first return ever on ebay. Thank you

Once a return is closed, another cannot be opened. What is the reason for the return? When you say you chose the wrong return location, what does that mean?
