Return after dispute with Paypal closed.
Seller has a no return policy, so filed a dispute with Paypal. Once he saw I'd filed a dispute, he contacted me and stated I could return item for a full refund. So I closed the dispute. However, Ebay is saying I can't start a return because I'd opened a claim with Paypal. Help?

Once you close a case it cannot be reopened.
Once you open a case with PayPal or your payment provider, eBay cannot help as the matter is out of eBay's hands at that point.
If you paid via credit card, you may still have recourse through your payment provider.

Opening a case with PayPal prevents any eBay cases from ever being opened for that transaction, and a currently open eBay case is automatically closed as soon as the PayPal case is opened.
By opening a PayPal case, you prevent eBay from being involved.
By closing the PayPal case, you prevent PayPal from taking any further action regarding the case.
All that you have left is your payment method if you paid via credit card.
