Return after canceling return
I began a return then cancelled it after realizing I’d tagged the wrong reason. Following same process to return item, it only routes me to the return status page saying the return has been cancelled.

Mentor7 months agoUnfortunately once a return has been cancelled you cannot reopen the request to return the item. What was the reason for making the return?

OP7 months agoI’d input ordered wrong item (which actually was the reason) but recalled the seller sending a message asking that I use another to streamline their end of things.
Is there truly no way to return the item at this point?
