Return after a closed return form

Question

I started a return and closed it because I wanted to work things out with the seller. Seller ignored me and Ebay was no help! Could NOT reach a real person to explain I needed to return the item again because the seller ignored me and the item was full of animal hair and ripped!

You cannot open a second return request. For the future, if you want to work things out with the seller, that's fine, but leave the request open until you have your refund. eBay cannot help you once you close the return.

At this point, try pursuing a chargeback with your credit card company.
