Return after 90 Days
I purchased a DVD set in March but didn't get around to watching until recently and had several issues. Contacted seller and he was willing to process return. Since that option no longer appears on the item, I tried to send email, then cell # to have the money sent by Zelle. But eBay does not allow that information to be sent in a message. How can seller send refund?

Mentor2 years agoThe seller can not send a refund after 90 days, at least not electronically. He can not process it through eBay, and since the transaction is over 90 days old, you can not exchange contact info.
He should still have access to your address - he can send a check.
