Return after 30 return policy.
I purchased headlights with the halos not worked properly. I contacted the seller on why all the headlights halos did not work and was told that there are two extra wires that need to be connected. I had a professional installer connect these wires, the same professional that installed the headlights, and the halo lights did not come on. I also reached out to the seller about the headlights being LED prior to purchase, as I was purchasing these with the intent of the main and high beams being LED. Neither the main headlights or the high beams are LED. I do have message chat between myself and the seller about both issues; but by the time I reached out to the seller for a refund or exchange, I was outside my 30 return policy. I do believe the seller should make good on this return, as the headlight halos never worked properly, and neither the main or high beams are LED, meaning the seller provided false information prior to my purchasing these headlights. How can I go about getting the seller to take a return/refund or how can I get eBay involved to help with this issue, since there is no real contact eBay via phone or message?

You needed to file the return request through Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
Since you are past that time frame, you will need to contact the funding source you used to pay for the item.
