Return after 2.5 months
Buyer claims the item does not work correctly 2.5 months after receiving it.
Do I have to accept the return?
Its electronic equipment that is sold as second hand.
Buyer paid by paypal.

No, not through eBay. If the Buyer files a return through PayPal THEY have to pay the return shipping.
If it were me I would simply advise them it is too late to return it through eBay.
They can also try a charge back on a credit card if they used one to pay.
Add them to your Blocked list on this page: Buyer Management | eBay
They can only leave Feedback within 60 days from the purchase date.
To me anyone buying used electronic equipment on the internet is taking a chance ... if it worked for 2 1.2 months and then stopped I don't see that as a Seller issue ... you also have no clue if they damaged it themselves when using it.
