Return Address on Shipping Label
Hey everyone, first time selling and I goofed on updating my return address on my profile. Didn't realize that there multiple addresses that didn't all sync with my main profile address.
I'm selling a pair of sneakers that are first being sent to an authenticator in Las Vegas. My eBay shipping label has an old return address on there but everything else is correct. eBay is not letting me cancel and reissue the label so I'm just wondering what my best course of action is.

OP1 year agoProblem solved, I'm dumb. There's a button for "Get Another Label" that recreates the label with new tracking, barcode, etc. and that now shows my updated return address.

Mentor1 year agoDon't forget to Void/cancel the first label. You will be credited in 2-3 weeks after Fed Ex has determined the label was never used.

OP1 year agoForgot to add, I have gone into my profile and updated all of my addresses to be current.
