Return address
I purchased a pair of shoes for my kid, and they were the incorrect size, so I wanted to exchange or refund them, but the return address is not clear. I contacted the seller to get the address, but the seller's response was "Ok" and there was no further communication. I now need help sending the shoes back. What can I do?
Thank you!

OP9 months agoThank you for the response! I created the return last week, and picked "does not fit," and the seller does not want to send me the address. Are there other solutions?

No need for further contact with the seller, follow the directions carefully.

All you have to do to return the shoes is to go to your purchase history click on the More actions button under the item title, and select Return this item. When the list of reasons for the returns opens, DO NOT select doesn't fit. That is considered to be a buyer's remorse return which would mean you have to pay for the return shipping cost. Instead select Not as described or didn't match description or photos. Follow through to file the dispute which will appear on your My ebay page under a Returns header.
All communications should appear there, and the seller will have 3 days to respond by either sending you a return shipping label, or if they do not want to pay the return cost, issuing a full refund. If they say to close the dispute or offer only a partial refund, look in the dispute for the Ask eBay to step in button and click on it, a refund will be processed from the sellers account.
Read the info in the link below, it will explain the process.
