Return accidentally closed
I opened a return for a glass that came broken. But my mom accidentally closed it because we didn’t have a picture yet. Now we do how can I reopen it?

You cannot reopen the return request.
If you used Paypal to process your payment, file a dispute on Paypal.
Otherwise contact the funding source used to pay for the item.
