Return a refund
Had an item and it has not arrived. It said would arrive in late June early July. Got lost in sorting ended up in Guam? LoL! Contacted seller they asked I wait it was coming it still didn’t arrive in new delivery date. Got a refund via eBay the seller was kinda iffy about it. The thing arrived today but the seller won’t respond. I’ll pay for it but what do I do? eBay was no help. Thanks for any thoughts. OMG AITA?

If the seller refunded you through an item not received case, then eBay will refund the seller now that the item has actually arrived.
The seller is made whole, and you have your item. All is well now.
