Return a purchase and seller refuses to refund my money
I return a item to the return address on the shipping label when I received it. I didn’t open the package so United postal service sent it back not change to me. Seller received the item and refuses to refund my money

·3 years agoIf you refused the package and had it sent back, you loose your MBG and the seller doesn't have to refund.

Are you saying that you Refused the package when USPS delivered it to you? Or are you saying you paid for a label to ship it back to the return address on the original label? If the latter then the Seller is under no obligation to refund you and all eBay sees is that the package was delivered to you.

IF you sent it back before filing a 'return request' and being sent a return shipping label ... you aren't entitled to a refund per eBay policy. [The address on the package is not necessarily where the seller has packages returned.]
